Leave the paved streets of Alberobello behind for a 6-hour journey into the authentic soul of the Apulian countryside. This experience is designed for those who seek a refined and personal connection with our land, its history, and its living traditions. Your day begins with a comfortable transfer in a private car or van, headed towards the historic site of Barsento. The journey continues to a traditional farmhouse (masseria), where you will become the protagonist of an authentic culinary experience. Under the guidance of local experts, you will participate in a typical cheese and pasta-making demonstration. Learn the secrets of crafting fresh mozzarella and shaping traditional Apulian pasta by hand, just as generations have done before us. The experience culminates in a delicious light lunch featuring the very products you've seen prepared, alongside other local specialities. Sharing this meal in the peaceful atmosphere of the farmhouse is the perfect way to conclude a morning dedicated to the genuine flavours and landscapes of our home.
