What you can expect

  • Discover the flavours of Aix-en-Provence on a 2-hour apéro tour. Sip on pastis, wine, and champagne, and taste local snacks and tiramisu. Learn about the local culture from your guide and sommelier.

Begin your evening in a lively Aixois bar with pastis, Provence’s signature aniseed aperitif. Your local guide will share its history and show you how to enjoy it like a true local, paired with classic Provençal snacks like olives, tapenade, and crackers.

Next, a sommelier will guide you through a tasting of three local wines; crisp whites, fresh rosés and bold reds, showcasing Provence’s winemaking heritage. Alternatively, swap wine for a craft beer tasting, featuring two Provençal brews, from hoppy IPAs to herb-infused wheat beers.

End the night at a hidden gem with the best Panisse in town paired with another glass of wine.
