Know before you book
- Children 0-3 yrs old are not allowed. Children 10 to 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Maximum 2 people on the jet ski with a MAX weight of 450 LBS / Maximum weight capacity is 385 lbs (174 kg) per speedboat. or 225 lbs per person. For safety purposes customers sharing a jet ski will be weighed at the moment of check in to make sure that the weight limit per person is being met.
- An additional surcharge of 20 USD per person for marine park fees is payable on the day of your activity. CASH ONLY
- If you are pregnant or have had a recent surgery, asthma, severe back or neck pain, or claustrophobia cannot participate.
- Subject to favourable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
- MUSA gallery at Punta Nizuc National Park is only open to intermediate and advanced swimmers and during favourable weather conditions.
- For the shared speedboat option, a minimum requirement of 2 people is necessary. If by accident 1 person books under this price and there isn't someone to share a speedboat with, an additional 46 USD will be charged at moment of check in.
