After lunch, continue to explore the Addo bush and visit the biggest waterholes of the Main North section of the park in search of “swimming or showering” elephants depending on the weather.
Towards sunset time, begin to back track towards the south section with the hope of finding animals that prefer the cooler temperatures. This, “golden hour” period makes a perfect opportunity for some of the best photos of the day as the lighting effect becomes magical dependant on weather.
