After the walk, the experience continues with a visit to the truffle processing plant, where a specialised guide will take you behind the scenes of the transformation process: from the freshly harvested raw material to the finished product. You’ll get a close-up look at the processes that preserve the truffle’s unmistakable aroma, transforming it into creams, sauces and gourmet delicacies enjoyed all over the world. At this point, the discovery will become sensory: in our shop, a food tasting of typical local products awaits you, naturally paired with truffles, to best enhance their flavour and understand their versatility in the kitchen. The route concludes with lunch at Braceria Plinc, a renowned local restaurant that makes the most of the area's culinary excellence.
