Overview

  • Start your journey with a convenient pickup between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and travel in comfort in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle on a scenic 3-hour drive through the Sahara Desert. Along the way, enjoy a short break at a desert rest stop and witness the impressive Toshka Project, Egypt’s ambitious desert reclamation and irrigation initiative.

Upon arrival at Abu Simbel, you’ll meet your professional Egyptologist guide, who will bring the history of this extraordinary site to life. Explore the Great Temple of Ramses II and the Temple of Queen Nefertari, both masterfully carved into the mountainside around 1300 B.C.

Learn the fascinating stories of King Ramses II, his beloved wife Nefertari, and the incredible engineering feat of relocating the entire temple complex in 1964 to protect it from the rising waters of Lake Nasser.

This tour blends comfort, culture, and breathtaking history—making it an unforgettable journey into Egypt’s ancient past.
