We will shuttle from "Fabrica La Aurora" art & design centre on board a comfortable minivan to beautiful "Tres Raíces Winery" located 25 minutes away from San Miguel de Allende Centro. Once at the winery your host will tour you inside the winery to appreciate its unique personality, grandiose architecture, art, majestic vistas & the biggest cellar in the region while you enjoy a welcome cocktail prepared with white or red wine. After the brief tour you will seat down at "Terruño Negro" Restaurant. Likely the most luxurious restaurant in Mexico to take luncheon on "Seasonal Worldwide Cuisine" in a beautifully decorated and elegant space with only 16 chairs that will make you feel warm and happy. As each dish is brought to you we'll explain what it is and how it was prepared. Each course will be paired with a delicious and internationally award-winning wine produced in the estate and specifically selected to give you the ultimate gastronomic experience. San Miguel is famous for their wines and you will be having lunch on the best local wines in town. The perfect pairing to an amazing meal and a wonderful experience. The minivan will departure from the winery back to town at 18:30.
