We will set out for the checkpoint at 9:30 am. Upon arrival, our details will be registered, and then we'll embark on an hour-long hike, covering three kilometres, to Lake Sandoval. The lake teems with various fish species, including catfish, damsel, sardines, and the notorious piranha. A swarm of birds will begin to slowly approach the cliff to eat the clay when we have had time to settle. You will also have the opportunity to see several other bird species, such as blue-headed parrots, auroras, and parakeets. This activity lasts about an hour, during which you can film, take the best pictures, and think about these beautiful and fascinating birds while watching the amazing sunrise over the rainforest. We will return to the resort at 7:00 AM to have breakfast.
