Super fun a delicious class. The trip to the market to begin the experience was great and the group decided what to make. Our chef Adrie was fun, knowledgeable and patient with us as we learned. The location was great and all of the rest of the staff friendly and accommodating.

This class was a lot of fun! The 6 of us discussed and agreed upon the suggested menu when the chef, Marcelo, and Madi met us at the Campo dei Fiori, and then we all went shopping for the ingredients in the farmer's market, a bakery, meat shop, etc. (The farmer's market is a great place to purchase olive oil, vinegar, etc for gifts to take home. Be aware that it shuts down early afternoon, so go in the morning.) After purchasing the ingredients, it was a short walk to the cooking school. We made an appetizer, meat dish, dessert, and of course, pasta! (They email you the recipes afterward.) I'm really glad we took this class, and I've purchased a pasta machine to try the recipes again at home!
