You can ask a different starting time, on request. We will cook in a large kitchen and eat in the dining room with AC. After the cooking class we’ll walk through the estate and its Church from 1750! We will offer you a coffee and we will start with an olive and wine tasting, than we will cook together the lunch making all the pastas and food by hand. I choose organic ingredients and farm to table vegetables. We will make 3 home made pastas with sauces and one Italian dessert, all matched with wine! We will cook extra food to bring at home for dinner! I'm a professional olive and wine sommelier and i will be happy to share with you all the secret of good wines and oils. The menu is characterised by organic seasonal vegetables. We offer also a gluten free class, kids cooking class, to be asked in advance. For the gluten free i suggest to book a private class in order to avoid possible gluten contaminations, being a class concentrated on the home made pasta making. We can provide high chair for kids and baby sitting during the class if needed.
