Day 1: Tirane - Theth
Start your Theth adventure by leaving Tirana bright and early. Our first stop is in Shkodra, where we'll explore the fascinating Rozafa Castle in the morning, soaking in its breathtaking views. Afterwards, we'll wander through Shkodra's charming Old Town, filled with history and character, and grab a tasty lunch at a local spot.
Once we've taken in the sights, we'll hit the road again, this time bound for Theth in the afternoon. As we arrive in Theth, we'll check into our accommodation, getting ready to relax after the journey. Cap off the day with a delicious dinner, maybe trying some traditional Albanian dishes to fully embrace the local flavours and atmosphere of Theth.
Day 2: Theth - Blue Eye - Nderlysaj - Theth
On the second day of our meticulously planned itinerary, we will commence our exploration of the picturesque locales in Theth. The day begins with a hearty breakfast, setting the tone for a day filled with captivating experiences.
Our first destination is the village of Nderlysaj, where a refreshing interlude awaits at the Natural Baths. Guests can relish a dip in the invigorating cold waters before embarking on a scenic hike to the renowned Blue Eye. The trek, lasting approximately 40 minutes each way, unveils breathtaking views.
Upon reaching the Blue Eye, guests have the option to partake in a serene lunch amidst this natural marvel or indulge in a refreshing swim in its crystalline waters. Alternatively, one can simply bask in the splendour of the surroundings.
Post this rejuvenating experience, our journey takes us back to the village. Here, we will visit the iconic Church of Theth, a cultural gem situated amidst the scenic mountain backdrop. Immerse yourself in the rich history and tranquility that this revered landmark offers.
Day 3: Theth - Grrunas Waterfall - Theth
Concluding our immersive Theth tour, the last day commences with a post-breakfast expedition to Grrunasi Waterfall, involving a moderate hike lasting approximately 25-30 minutes each way. This scenic journey leads to the captivating waterfall, providing a serene natural encounter.
Subsequent to the waterfall exploration, our itinerary includes a concise visit to “Kulla Ngujimit.” Here, participants will gain valuable insights into the historical intricacies of blood revenge and the proactive measures implemented for resolution. This educational visit offers a comprehensive understanding of the cultural context and the effective strategies employed to address this complex societal issue.
As the culmination of our enriching tour, we will commence the return journey to Tirana. Our transport service ensures a convenient drop-off at your preferred location, marking the conclusion of a thoroughly curated and insightful exploration of Theth.
