Day 1: Hanoi- Rural tour (L,D)
At 8.00, our tour guide will welcome you at your hotel lobby, then start driving 5km out of Hanoi centre, crossing red river and seeing Eiffel bridge, was built in 1902 by the French architect Gustave Eiffel.
At 8.30, visit local family and make friends with the farmer, then experience farming work in 45 minutes, we have a good chance to take some nice photos as well as know about rice farming and rural life in Vietnam, know how local people’s lives unfold – from farmers working on their fields and gardens (wet rice cultivation) to children riding a bicycle to school and even daily chores such as shopping for grocery or communal gathering.
At 12.00, check in your room homestay and it is great time to enjoy authentic lunch at dinning place with scenic view of Red River.
From 13.00- 15.00, take a rest and your free time.
in the afternoon, you will start cycling (or walking) to the local market only 5 minutes, then It's great chance to buy local things by yourself and experience a variety of foods from all the groceries such as: herbs, spices, vegetables, meats, fishes, fruits which are so fresh. All things bring you very close to the simple life (herbs and spices are a very important part of authentic Vietnamese food).
You will have fun time to communicate and use body language with locals, incredible and unforgettable memories. Do not forget to take some photos with them.
At 19.30, enjoy your cooked dinner with local family and enjoy staying with them.
Day 2: Homestay- Red River boat trip- Finish (B,L)
After your breakfast, you get on local fisherman's small boat with 2 hours, along Red River “Song Hong by local name”, you will have fresh atmosphere view fields of sugarcane and maize, banana trees, some vegetables along the river bank, It is a great to take photos of Eiffel bridge “as known as Long Bien Bridge, floating houses, we understand the hard life of fishermen and farmers everyday.
Around 12.00, check out your room and enjoy lunch.
At 14.00, say goodbye with friendly friends and transfer you back your hotel, see you again!
