- For customers with a Japan Rail Pass travelling from Kyoto or Shin-Osaka to Hiroshima Station, please be sure to board a Shinkansen departing early enough for you to reach the meeting location (Hotel Granvia Hiroshima lobby) and arrive by the meeting time. Customers who do not arrive by the meeting time cannot join the tour.
- The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.
- Depending on the number of tour participants, transport to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus), a hired car (van, minivan - Tsubame Kotsu), a taxi, or train on some parts of the tour.
