Michael and Rosie were absolutely accommodating and wonderful to converse with. The property was amazing, and offered a plethora of history. The breakfast was great, highly recommended. Will try the German cuisine on our next visit.

The apartment was VERY clean and comfortable. I'm not sure when I will be back in Houston, but I would stay here again, especially at this price point. It was convenient to the Museum District and was generally a good experience.

Good and convenient place to stay.

The staff were great! The food was delicious and fresh. My daughter loved the pool and all the attractions. I would definitely recommend a stay of 2-3 nights for a family with children.

Legendary Hotel under new ownership. Glad the hotel is in good hands with committed people. Renovations are planned and the Grand will be the very best hotel in Houston.

The entire property was beautiful, the staff was amazing, the FOOD oh my goodness, it was incredible. I only wish the menu had just a bit more of a selection!! I would love to see what else they have to offer. I did notice some dusty areas of the room that look like they just often get overlooked, nothing out of control. I did find a long hair in the bath tub.. but, I know things happen!! Now, there was one thing I had actual issue with, and it was the shower. The rainfall shower head had absolutely no water pressure whatsoever, half of the holes in the shower head were clogged so water really only came out of one section. It was extremely disappointing!

Customer service was amazing! The front desk was very helpful and was very customer friendly.

Everything was good. Had to ask several times before finally receiving fresh towels. My only complaint was pool wasn't heated and needed to be cleaned.

Booked for the weekend. Overall stay was okay, but the carpets were dirty which left a smell in the room, furniture in the room was wore out. Overall it could use a little upkeep and cleaning but the stay was fine.

Breakfast items were limited Staff generally friendly and helpful Room furniture seemed dated.

This was a great location from downtown. The price was fair, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Great customer service!
