Nice, newer hotel, room, amenities (particularly restaurants) and handy location.

Clean rooms. Hallways and shared areas could be cleaner (dead bugs on hallway windowsills, shared seating areas outside not regularly maintained). The doors in rooms provide zero sound proofing, yet we didn't hear anyone at night - so we slept well. The rooms are spacious. Bathrooms in the King rooms do not have a door to the shower/sink area which is fine for a couple but a bit awkward for a girls trip. That soap/shampoo/conditioner is from an indigenous brand and it is amazing! I have since purchased product from the company. The restaurants have good food. I would stay here again for a little getaway but if you are planning to go into Saskatoon often, it's a bit of a pain.
