The room was okay but there were a lot of dust under the bedroom and hair found on the bedsheets. The hotel doesn’t provide water or tea in the room. Beach access is from the pool but chairs and umbrella is not provided by the hotel. There is a $55 charge per day to use the umbrella and chairs. This information was not listed by the hotel in Expedia. Hotel staff is okay. It didn’t feel like 4 star hotel for sure. Food and drinks are on the beach and pricy. Overall, our experience was 3/10

Room was very very nice. I was a bit disappointed there wasn't a microwave to use or laundry equipment anywhere on the property to use. Those are the only complaints i would have. We did not eat at the reasturants.

Amazing location, beautiful property and exception amenities. The only thing I’d change is that the bed was listed as being a king, but definitely more like a full.

It was well maintained, clean and right on the beach. Communication from the rental company was good. Check in and check out were very easy. The location was quiet and off the main drag. Close to many restaurants and other activities.
