I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and then argued with us that he couldn’t smell anything and that the cleaner said they didn’t smell anything. He was rude and was willing to change the mattress but was just so rude and arrogant. Why be rude and say no to us if your still going to help us, it was just so upsetting. It’s a shame this happened because the property is beautiful and pool is very nice but it was just very upsetting.

Beautiful hotel on a Beautiful beach. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Perfect introduction to Greece. We would stay here again!

The front desk charged extra for having 2 extra friends in our hotel room for a couple hours. Though the max occupancy is 3 in the room. I couldn’t believe it. It was a total of 4 of us and they were there for a couple hrs. They used no amenities of the hotel. Front desk was so rude. The hotel is very nice and clean. It’s very very windy since the hotel is high up on a hill so we didn't really enjoy the pool. But we would not stay again.

Loved our stay, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was really close to the beach, and the cleanliness of the rooms was just perfect.

They need to sort out their new opening kinks still. Not so many amenities. Nothing you can walk to as the property is surrounded by a car only road. Just doesn’t feel worth the five star prices for what you’re getting.

I loved Villa Flora!! Super clean and the ladies that take care of the property are super helpful and very sweet! Flora is fabulous!! She makes sure you are well taken care of and goes above and beyond for her guests! As a solo traveler, I felt super safe and at home while staying at Villa Flora! So close and convenient to everything! Walked everywhere!! I will be back!! 10/10 for me! Thank you Flora!! ❤️Missy
