the service is so slow

Although the property was new (a few weeks open) and still had items to work through, it was pretty nice! The location was great and felt very private. The shore line is still being worked on, but it was still nice and had hammocks and chairs near it. The pool bar was great. Danny was our favorite bartender. The food was good as well. Our favorite meals were at Manicato and Yucca. The rooms were nice. The service was a little slow at times, but the people were friendly and apologetic. A few things were wrong- wrong room, fan was noisy, dark curtains wouldn’t close, but, overall, it was nice! I can see it being a popular place in the future once everything is up and running (slides, teen club, pickleball courts, Azure restaurant and pool).

I had a wonderful stay at Eden ROC. The villa was fabulous and Adonis was beyond helpful and responsive to our every need. The activities organized were also wonderful and helped make the stay a memorable one. Thankful to the staff and hoping to be back soon.

great resort, staff great

Great location with the best beach

I took my mother for her 75th birthday! It was such an amazing time. Our room was beautiful (2 bathrooms, jacuzzi on balcony, 2 entrances to balcony, seperated sitting room with another tv with privacy doors, soaking tub in room as well separate from shower )! The service staff were so very friendly and made my mom smile every encounter. The entertainment crew, specifically Xavier and Chacolate, were top notch and made the trip so very special for mom. Thank you! Mom loved the spanish lessons, but most importantly the dance lessons and Xavier and Chocolate bringing her out to the dance floor every evening! Them 2 gentlemen made her feel like royalty every day! Our butler was extremely helpful. The food was great with beautiful display! The evening entertainment was spectacular. This resort is beautiful. I wouldnt change a thing! It was a dream vacation with my mother. It was my 2nd time at this resort.
