Clean room, staff around hotel were amazing.

Amazing resort - best experience. Food is excellent quality, and client service is unparalleled. Facilities and amenities are exceptional. Feels like you’re in a different world at Casa de Campo - unlike any other resort at Dominican Republic.

Excellent swim up room with lots of deck furniture, hammock in the pool, pool heated so can enjoy at night. Sun beaming in first thing in the morning and sun directly out from 7:30AM roughly until about 3;30PM and the sun does not set until about 6:45 so lots of time outside.

Great family resort.

Overall the resort is just too big. And depending where your room is, you will average 4-5 miles of walking per day just to get coffee and food. You can get rides but it’s probably faster to just walk to your destination. It would be awesome if they had little coffee and snack huts (besides the pool snacks) along the different paths. The staff was great. Dinners were awesome. Our room was always clean.

Very clean rooms and bonus the hotel is almos new less than 2 years The staff is always nice The pool area is very clean but and this is a huge but there’s almost no umbrellas in the pool area which is really needed The beach area is the same almost no umbrellas but at least you have all the Palmeras for shade They should invest a little more in putting more shade in the pool The food is good and there’s a lot of options to choose My teenagers had a great time I loved that they had sports options such as Kayak and Catamaran for free so that’s a really good thing Overal is very nice hotel and we had a great time

Super friendly and attentive staff. Pool and beach area 10/10. Food was ok.
