Such a gorgeous property! Service is outstanding

Overall experience was good. The rooms were great. The food options and quality were good. The beach was disappointing with the amount of seaweed and vendors that come up to you to sell you things. The staff was great.

Majestic Mirage Punta Cana is a gorgeous property with breathtaking grounds and excellent food. Our room was comfortable, and both the steakhouse and Japanese restaurant were highlights. Unfortunately, the service did not always meet expectations. Our assigned butler was rarely present and provided little assistance, which made the experience less personalized than we had hoped. Overall service also felt inconsistent and at times overly focused on tips. On one occasion, a waiter even attempted to serve food with used utensils, which was disappointing. That said, some staff in the restaurants and spa were excellent, showing professionalism and warmth that stood out from the rest. In summary, the hotel itself is beautiful and the food is excellent, but the service culture — especially the butler experience — needs improvement, particularly for guests who don’t speak Spanish.

Rodny our butler was amazing! The overall hotel was fine, we stayed specifically at TRS turquesa, which was advertised as adults only, however, the dining was also available for the “family resorts” as well. We saw a lot of kids which was disappointing since we wanted an exclusive adults only environment. Over all the adult pools were great and the drinks greater! Food was just okay, but the Indian and the sushi was awesome! There was construction/maintenance going on in the building we were assigned, but Luis got us a better room with no noise happening at no charge. Staff was awesome! It was a little overwhelming that they try to sell you so much extra stuff, spas, excursions etc. we were asked multiple times a day every day when we would like to book our spa. We were just there to hang by the pool and relax so it was a bit overbearing.

The Butler service was extraordinary so ask for Ivan, The whole resort was gorgeous, the spa area is outta this world, and the relaxation of the ocean on the beach chefs kiss
