Our first trip to Croatia. We stayed for a week during very hot weather. The pool and wellness facilities were excellent. The a/c in the room was great and accommodation all very comfortable. We loved the vibe in Novigrad and ate at a few of the restaurants, just a short walk from the hotel. There is also a lovely park you can walk to where there is easy access to swim in the sea. We had free parking at the hotel and had days out inPorec, umag and rovinj.

Absolutely stunning place! Great food, excellent facilities, and an amazing staff who make you feel so welcome. If I’m ever around the area again, I’d definitely stop by!

We stayed for five nights in one of the apartments in the main Residence Superior Del Mar complex, separate from the hotel itself. One of the biggest positives was the smaller pool, which was right outside our villa. It was a good size, much quieter than the main pool, and made for a really relaxing place to spend time. The villa itself was comfortable but could definitely do with some attention. Our shower flooded regularly, the front door became difficult to open and close during our stay, and there were a few areas where the walls were chipped or damaged. The bedding was also frustrating, as the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed, so we often ended up sleeping directly on the mattress. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, but we were surprised there was no oven, which would have made self-catering much easier. The location is excellent, with two beaches within easy walking distance. Just be aware that there were jellyfish around during our visit, so it’s worth checking conditions before heading into the sea. We visited the main hotel pool once, but it wasn’t really for us. It was very busy with families and young children, and the organised aqua fitness sessions with loud music made it feel quite hectic. We much preferred the quieter pool by our apartment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the location and the peaceful smaller pool, but there are a number of maintenance issues and missing facilities that mean there’s definitely room for improvement

Great location and easily walkable from port. Right near gate to the pedestrian zone and easy walk to coliseum as well. Apartment had all you need, bed was a little hard for my liking.
