The resort was extremely clean. Food at the buffet was excellent. Great service all around! Great little loop to walk around the bay from the hotel with a couple of beach bars along the way. No cash required which was awesome. Credit card accepted everywhere. Rooms were very spacious. Shower was excellent. Would stay here again!

The room was spacious and bathroom was modern very clean! Bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The offside parking sounds inconvenient but it’s actually well organized with phone call before arrival the staff would have a luggage cart there waiting for you. They were very nice and very much stay on top of what you need feel like they were the property owners but they’re just hard working staff! Thanks!

Great room and fantastic breakfast, nice pool and sauna. Outstanding views and courteous staff. But please note the hotel’s kitchen is closed on Mondays and there nothing in the hotel to eat for Lunch or dinner. There was no other restaurant in the area as well unless you are willing to drive a short distance up the hill - not many restaurants open there too - the ones that were open were expensive e.g 16EUR for a soup. The main issue for me, is our room was opposite to a petrol station and the security alarm keeps going after they shut ( it appears to be a known and regular Problem) in our case it went off at 11pm and 3am - it was only for 5 mins but it does wake you up because it is loud.

Easily one of best hotels we ever stayed in! Goregous suite with wrap around deck and stunning views of the sea and city of Pula. Staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay Beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and fresh. We are already planning another visit to this great hotel!

Best Hotel we have ever been too! First time in Croatia and the hotel and staff made our stay spectacular! Checked in late because other resort in the area cancelled us last minute! Sorry if I pronounce name wrong Lubro at front desk was awesome and knew of our last minute cancelation and was very nice and even next day gave us an upgrade with seaview so we could enjoy our first time in Croatia! Also Melissa which was new to hotel was kind and patient with us in showing us areas of hotel and kept checking on us everyday! In the restaurant under the lobby we will always remember Ashur for his patience in our ordering of our food and translating everything we didnt understand! Also gave us great suggestions around the hotel. Thank you Grand Park Hotel for an extraordinary stay!
