(1,000 reviews) Stayed here last Friday night. The staff were lovely and we really appreciated the free room upgrade and welcome drinks. The room was clean/comfortable, but the layout was a bit awkward and some of the furniture was a little scuffed. Also, inky one of the elevators was working so was a bit slow to wait sometimes. Still, it was a comfortable stay overall and a nice little escape. Toothbrush was not offered. Breakfast mostly catered for certain clientele but overall okay. The hotel room floor had multiple stains in the room and cigarette butts on the balcony. 3 stars was solely for the service. Attendant and staff in restaurant was excellent.
