It was a very clean hotel, and exellent staff. Everything was perfect.

Great property if travelling by car but you definitely need a car as there's nothing around there and public transportation is non-existent.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. The waitress Valererly really looked after us, as did the gentleman on reception when we arrived. Everyone seemed happy and had a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also, great place to run our dog.

This is a magnificent hotel. The location is at the port which has some rough areas… not safe at night. But I would stay here again for the elegance and quality of the property. The staff recommended a lovely small restaurant in walking distance that we enjoyed.

Excellent stay, staff us outstanding!!! Location was do convenient to the best of Genova! We will be back to stay here again soon.

Elena Alicia these ladies did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s very close to the Cruise Ship and everybody is very good. The food was good and it was nice. We even got a pasta night. And that was good too.

I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊
