Great family room size with plenty of space to be comfortable. The staff were amazing — friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The only downside was that other guests were smoking in their rooms, and the smell came into our room daily, which was unpleasant. Overall a good stay, but better enforcement of the no-smoking policy would really improve the experience.

This was a SCAM booking...Beware...I did not make this booking. Hotel.com needs to sort out SECURITY issues immediately.

Hotel was still under construction. I booked for its location and roof pool but when I went up to enjoy it they had fool construction being done with lots of construction noise and construction debris. View was nice but lasted 20 minutes with all the racket. Restaurant was good with good local breakfast included. Service over all was decent but not spectacular. Location wasn’t bad for day trips but better to stay on sea side for walking porpoises. But awesome on the weekend for dragon bridge display.

Spa inclusive was a great idea, although the therapist may be able to get better with training but all in all it was a good stay and the villas were great with heated private pool

Awesome location right on the beach with a nice bar located there too. Lovely staff and great facilities and pool. A short walk to the beach bars. Would definitely come again
