Was one of the best hotels yet we come to San Antonio a lot and this was a pleasure to be here we will be back

Everything was great except the outdoor pool was filthy dirty. Couldn’t swim in all the bugs and hair eewwww.

Check out was not efficient. Receipt not emailed. Refund of incidentals not given, had to call! Valet parking expensive. No options for self parking provided. Will not stay again at that property!

Booked thought Expedia...cancelled my reservations the day before I was to fly out and check in. Only gave me one choice for replacement stay and it was way sub par in comparison. And honestly should have gotten money back as the 2 properties were not comparable value. Will never attempt to book there again,very disappointed.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location. The atmosphere was relaxing yet upscale, making it easy to unwind. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ❤️

Wonderful place to stay

Rooms are very nice, alarms went off in the middle of the night twice and both were false alarms but little communication from hotel. Food is crazy expensive unless you go to the pool. The shop downstairs has limited offerings and closes very early. Only the bars are really open after 8pm on any given night.

The property was in a great location close to things. There was a 6 th grade convention there at the same time so a little loud and chaotic. There was no coffee on site unless you ordered. We were attending an airforce graduation so we had to leave like at 6 am before breakfast started.

Staff absolutely amazing from start to finish.
