Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

great hotel in the center of Dresden great for walking, shopping and visiting the historic sights. Hotel wonderful and staff are friendly and eager to please. The room was clean and spacious. I would recommend it.
