Our room was cleaned and restocked with the mini frig full, more snacks, and a new bottle of wine or rum each day. The buffets were delicious and the steakhouse a big hit. Also the see by sea restaurant was delicious with lobster on the menu at night. Highly recommend Majestic Elegance to anyone looking for a great all inclusive. Staff super friendly and nightly entertainment and pool entertainment each day as well. Not to mention buffet during the day right on the beach. Was great!

We booked a king bed and Expedia said n upgraded room. At arrival we were moved to the upgrade room but it was not a king bed. They said they could move us until the next day. which they did but to the lowest rated rooms

Room was very clean and housekeepers were excellent. Grounds were beautiful and all staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few minor glitches, such as Jacuzzi at pool not heating up, buttons on room phone not aligning with the stated departments, and poor internet the last couple of days, making it difficult to reach Embajadores staff.

Clean rooms. We had fantastic stay on the property. The beach was very clean and luckily swimming in the ocean was allowed even though there were red flags around the neighbouring properties. The white party on the beach was amazing. Friendly staff. The property is quite big and requires pick up and drop off rides which they call train rides. We found the on property transportation a nuisance as there were no sidewalks and have to be watchful. In general the drivers wont stop for pedestrians to cross. There were restrictions to explore and check out other areas.

The resort has been located in the place with stinging jelly fish problem . It is rare but happens. Water is murky . Very nice beech with tallest palm trees I have ever seen . Resort was fully boked and there are not enough beech lounges for all . When in full , resort might not accommodate you right away in the room what you paid for. This place is loved by people between 50-80 . Has amazingly good food , good drinks . Buffet restaurants are very well organized , looking good too. Yung entertaining crew is working hard to make fun every day. Whole place is also clean , like still in some type of covid regiment. We ate a lot and no stomach problems. Older folks have a lot of fun there. We had too.

Room was clean, the staff amazing… the layout was nice and relaxed, perfect for those needing wheelchair accessibility. The food and spa are about a 6/10 each. The beach is wildly dangerous with strong waves even on a nice day. Lots of pros and cons. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere.

The Room and the Resort were beautiful, however, all the workers there were not very welcoming or ignored us all together. The food at the buffet was always cold, not very tasty at all. The meats were dry not much flavor. I guess my amazing trip to Cancun Mexico will remain my favorite.
