I had to drive back to the check in location and was told that it was my error and I should meet with the cleaning lady. The cleaning lady watched me try and saw the keys did not work properly so she lent me hers. A bat was in our room and was flying around during our attempt at sleep. We had to catch it ourselves because no one was on the premises to assist. This caused a lack of sleep for about 2-3 hours. Food was mediocre."
