Rangárvallasýsla Romantic Holidays

We had a wonderful stay. My favorite hotel out of 12 while we traveled Iceland. We were upgraded to a suite that was amazing! Beautiful large bathroom, table sitting area, living room with sofa and a large bedroom and large and comfy bed. They also have a nice spa but unfortunately we were just too tired to use. The breakfast was also very good and had a great selection.

Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was excellent. The house was immaculate upon arrival, check-in was simple, and the kitchen had salt, pepper, oil, and two bottles of wine. Instructions are provided to guide you through usage of the hot pool and radiant floor heating. We were in house 2, which had a fire pit as well. For those who want to grill, we noticed a propane grill in the utility room on our last day. This was an exceptional stay with a great view and very responsive host. If we can come back, we will.

The room was not clean. Specifically the bath room and tub had black something coming out of the drain and jets. Also they promoted rooftop hot tubs but neither of them were operational. Food was not that great in the restaurant. Overall we were not happy with our stay. We complained to management for some sort of compensation and they have ghosted us. Very poor experience. Would not recommend staying here.

Hotel was great. Very clean, location was perfect as it's close to everything. Great water pressure in the shower as well. Heated towel rack a plus. Just make sure you pay the parking fee (when I checked in I was not told anything about parking and ended up getting a parking ticket for $100USD).

Excellent location in center city close to nearly everywhere you want to go in town. A little bit of a hike to (1.4 km/.9mi) to the BSi central bus station with luggage, but manageable for most people that are used to walking with luggage. Hotel is quiet and rooms in the apartment section where we stayed had a sitting area, small table and shares, studio/bed space and bath. Combo washer/dryer and cook top/refrigerator/microwave oven set up was a huge plus and great for those not wanting to eat out all the time, or for a longer stay. Would definitely stay here again, and consider other Center Hotels as well.

The place is awesome , we would recommend everyone to spend a night or 2 there. We had a tough time reaching out to their person whose number is given , we called several times because we were not give the access code. Never received the email. The other feedback would be to include more lighting in the the closet and at the entrance

This was such a neat experience! Breakfast being included was awesome. Great setup for a big group as there was a middle area to meet up. Views are spectacular. Only complaint was initially accessing the building. But once we were setup, it was great.
