(1,001 reviews) The air conditioning in our room did not work. In fact after turning it on it got WARMER till 25.5 degrees until which I decided to switch it off and call front desk for assistance. Upon checking, the staff encountered the same issue as me thereby confirming that the aircon was faulty. That was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Room was stuffy and uncomfortable for us and we were sweating during the night. The staff was kind to bring us a small fan but I feel it is unacceptable to have the aircon malfunctioning in a five star hotel. Before the staff left my room I had reiterated my displeasure with the situation and asked him to pls make a complaint to the manager on my behalf. I assume he had done it.
