Great property with superb hospitality!

Property was a bit hard to find. Yea it’s in a popular building, however the entire building is under construction. The building is actively being worked and covered when arrived i wasn’t informed where or how to access the entry since the hotel was in the 3rd floor. I had to call to get those details. The room had a carpet that didn’t look well kept but was still clean. It was very spacious and clean bathroom with an amazing location. Oh and you can hear the construction in the early mornings.

The hotel is awesome! Breakfast is fantastic, lovely staff and the sauna and hot tub is a plus after long walking days. The hotel is about 20 minutes away from old town, 25-30 minutes from the port. The walk is easy, nice. Great stay!

The staff were amazing right from the front desk to restaraunt staff and the chefs food and personality was fabulous. Love the attention to detail in this hotel with the nice pool area and very good dry and wet steam rooms and whirlpool hot tub. All of this right across from a beautiful beach !

Toiletries need to get a little upgrade. Room is little small. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet with gorgeous views.

A wonderful hotel in a terrific location. A real pool would have been a desirable amenity. Our only complaint was the noise from drunken partiers from 2-4 am outside the front of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Riva Luxury Rooms! The location was perfect - easy walk into the old town and along the promenade. The staff was so helpful and accommodating.

The rooms were clean and spacious, amenities were useful, the bathroom was well equipped. The staff at the reception were professional, polite, and helpful but they lack a smile. Restaurant: the breakfast was fair but unfortunately the dinner had extremely limited choices, no appetisers , no salad, no soups and no bread , same goes for drinks , and the staff were a bit aggressive. Parking was good, all in all it was a pleasant stay.
