Great location and a beautiful hotel overall. The only downside for me was that the bed and pillows were a bit too firm. Guests should be aware that some rooms face the courtyard and receive very little natural light. If you’re traveling solo, I highly recommend the Queen Room — it’s small but beautifully designed, cozy, and absolutely worth booking.

We have stayed here several times on this stay we chose a Deluxe room and ir was smaller than the classic. Guest services Adolfo was rude and not willing to help change rooms. Elisabeth the next day was nicer and willing to help. The ice machine in our floor was not working and the only solution offered was go to another floor it took 3 days for maintenance to fix it.

This hotel is a good value for the price and an excellent location if visiting Midtown, Times Square, Bryant Park. The complimentary breakfast -it was a well-planned menu with different daily spread. They also had a chef staff on hand making omelets to order. We stayed in a king suite with sofa sleeper, which were comfortable. No elevator issues, which is a plus for a Midtown hotel. They also offer a complimentary happy hour in the early evening (2 drink coupons pp, with snacks), which was a nice surprise on our first day of arrival. My only tip is to reserve a room that is NOT on the third (Skylawn). Third floor hosts a lounge that plays music into the wee night, which light sleepers could find annoying. I’d definitely consider staying here again but on the higher city view floors.

Lovely property conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and many attractions. The property was clean and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms are and were treated to beverage service in the morning. We stayed here previously and would stay here again.

Great location. Nice clean room that had recently been refurbished. Gym was good enough and lobby was fine. Will return again.

The location was perfect. Close to the 6, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and was plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and nice. We will definitely stay again when back in NYC.

I stayed here with my two tweens. It was actually one of the least expensive options we found and turns out to be a very boutique hotel. The public space has a very nice elevated ambiance. The room with 2 queen beds was very spacious and comfy. It's got what we need to get a good night sleep!

Great location and very convenient, clean, modern room with lots of storage and enough space for 4 to sleep comfortably. We appreciated the kitchen that made our breakfast easy every morning. Nice and free laundry facilities (bring your own detergent). Why not 5 stars? - The room only had a built-in desk and one chair. It would be nice to put some round table and 3 more chairs there, especially that there was enough space for it. Having a full kitchen but no place to eat was a bit strange. - Communication was mixed. They never responded to my messages on Expedia (regarding early check in). I ended up finding the hotel's direct website, registered there, for which I got an SMS from a number to which I was able to text back and get response immediately. As the hotel is listed on Expedia, it would be nice if they responded to standard platform's messaging like other hotels do, without me finding out ways to contact them.

Staff incredible- every single person! They are happy people. Spotless Everyone was attentive and cared. 10/10 would recommend. Would stay again!

Excellent service and great location- easy walk to shopping, Central Park and (on good weather days) museums. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an “old New York” experience. Breakfast was excellent.
