(838 reviews) Overall, my stay was lovely. However, the VIP benefits mentioned a free beverage per stay, but I only received water, which is a basic necessity that most hotels provide regardless. I was a bit surprised by that. Besides this, the amenities were nice like the fitness room, but I wish there was a sauna room available for women as well. I didn’t like that they only had a sauna room designated for men. The rooms were soundproof It seems because I couldn’t hear any noise when I was inside the room itself. 24h front desk service was convenient. They were always eager to answer any of my questions or requests. The only thing I would say is to make it more clear that the reception is on the third floor. It could be a bit confusing for guests on the first day.Overall great stay.
