We went during low season and everything was great : beautiful resort, clean rooms, nice and helpful staff. Every request was granted fast and with a smile.
The only thing I recommend the hotel is to clean some mold at shower walls and bathroom floor tile. Also, repair some concrete superficial cracks and paint in the exterior corridor and around of the elevator frame close to The Club.
