The room was okay but most of the staff was friendly.

The front desk charged extra for having 2 extra friends in our hotel room for a couple hours. Though the max occupancy is 3 in the room. I couldn’t believe it. It was a total of 4 of us and they were there for a couple hrs. They used no amenities of the hotel. Front desk was so rude. The hotel is very nice and clean. It’s very very windy since the hotel is high up on a hill so we didn't really enjoy the pool. But we would not stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. We loved everything about our experience and would highly recommend it to anyone. We're already looking forward to coming back again. Thanks a lot.

They need to sort out their new opening kinks still. Not so many amenities. Nothing you can walk to as the property is surrounded by a car only road. Just doesn’t feel worth the five star prices for what you’re getting.

Can’t beat the location. Quiet and directly in the beach. Very close walk to town and anything you need for food etc. Beautiful property. Great staff. Generous and delicious breakfast at their restaurant on the beach. Wish I could have stayed longer! As a solo traveler, I am so happy with this choice. It was safe and private, and very comfortable. I had a room with sea view and the door and window opened directly to the sight and sound of the water. I would sit on the porch at night and enjoy the sounds of the peaceful waves. In the morning I would open the window for fresh air and sea views. Vacation vibes! I arrived via plane and took a short taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. I departed Naxos via boat and it was easy for me to walk to the port with my suitcase.

The location, the rooms are nice, and the pool is great! Breakfast is also excellent.

The breakfast provided was amazing. Great food, fresh and plentiful. Staff helpful and carried our heavy bags upstairs. Our reservation was for a ground floor room but we ended up on 1st floor. Not a big deal since the strong man helped us with our bags. We were provided with one room key and it was somewhat inconvenient when me and my roommate wanted to do different things. Asking for 2 keys might be helpful if you think you will be going in different directions. The port and old town all within an easy walk from hotel. Location was excellent. The hotel is located on one of the busy streets into town but the rooms were quiet.

The location is excellent. The beds were very uncomfortable and very hard. I was not abke to sleep comfortable. It is very noisy. You can hear people talking and or the staff cleaning rooms. Very noisy.

They clean the rooms daily, staff are super friendly. Location is great as the beach is walking distance and the port/town is 10-15 mins drive and airport is under 7 minutes.
