Staff was awesome and accommodating, quiet cute, cozy and very clean suites.

There is no transfer to & from the hotel, so you must walk next to the cars on this tight road. The staff does not go out of their way to help.

The pool was amazing, even long enough to do laps. The breakfast can’t be beat! Made to order and good selection. The staff were very attentive. I would not reserve a room with a hot tub again. We had a view of the roof of the bar and a power transformer, and the biting bugs were relentless. We tried to use the hot tub for maybe 5 minutes in our 3 night stay. Be aware that there’s not much in the area of the hotel. You have to walk down the hill about 10 minutes to get to a restaurant and take a bus from there to get to the old port and all the shops.

I was nervous about this resort reading prior reviews. We were upgraded on check in to a sea view room, it was beautiful. The front desk staff were all very helpful and answered all my questions. Our check out was later on in the evening and the hotel gave us towels and a place to store our bags so we could enjoy another beach day. They also have a shower stall near the lobby. We used the loungers next door at yialo yialo for 30 euro each front row, 25 euro each for second row and back. Hotel transport contacted us via what’s app to arrange transfers. To town was 35 euro each way. From airport it was 40 euro. Breakfast was continental style buffet, a variety of choices. The beach and location were gorgeous. If you’re booking a budget room then expect that, that’s the same for any resort. If you book the sea view you should have no complaints. This was a great hotel for us (middle aged mom and teen daughter).
