The property is impecable! Our room was a lovely and very comfortable suite.the dining room & bar well attended and the food and drinks delicious! We enjoyed the pool, and hid from the August heat. We will return !

Location is fabulous ! But the staff were off, not enough towels for the 3 of us in the room, empty shower gel / hand soap & conditioner were empty we asked for more towels and for the above to be filled on several occasions. The breakfast is €48, it’s REALLY not worth it at all. very limited choices. For a 5* hotel we expected better. We have stayed at a Eurostar hotel in several locations previously and they were very good.

The hotel is well located in the centre of the city. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. The extra touches such as free wine and snacks in reception is a lovely touch. The bar which we thought was part of the hotel is actually separate and there is a strict dress code on a Friday and Saturday night.

Great spot. Staff was awesome, friendly, helpful and available. Very accommodating. Location great for museums. Next to great chocolate shop! A/C was great, nice little things they did well- didn’t cut corners.

Absolutely stunning immaculate interiors, only 2 minutes walk from a metro station and 5-10 minutes walk from the main shopping street. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food in the restaurant was amazing, the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and wonderful. Everything was perfect, thank you so much.
