Beautiful hotel in a great place in Williams. Close to restaurants and bars and coaster. Loved it!

It's a beautiful, serene property with all the amenities one might want. The architecture is sleek and modern but pays homage to the original resort built in the '30s. The restaurant and bar are top notch. The food is exceptional. Most importantly, the staff are about as nice as they come and seemed to sense my needs in advance. Even when I checked out the valet recognized me while I was walking to the front desk and pulled my car up front without me even handing him the ticket. That was par for the whole stay. Kudos to your tea.

The staff was friendly, polite, and extremely accommodating. This is not our first time staying with you and it won’t be the last. Thank you for a memorable birthday weekend for my wife and myself.

Great value, classic layout, lots of things to do on property and short skateboard to Scottsdale Old Town and shopping at Fashion Square. Wonderful for the whole family!

The hotel itself was great, and so were most of the staff. But we had such an awful experience with Rico checking out that it really soured the end of the weekend for us. He joked that our bags had been picked up by someone else and so were lost, then watched us panic for a good 2 minutes before revealing he was “joking.” Then he was inappropriate with my friend, touching her multiple times on the shoulder, commenting on her eyes and taking her out, then followed us outside as we were leaving to do so again. Travel is stressful enough; what kind of person finds it amusing to cause others distress? The stress of thinking all our belongings were really lost took a year off my life.
