Parking was very useful, locality was convenient and apartment was very well appointed. Beautiful city, with great museums, restaurants and pubs.

Our check-in experience at Vilnius Grand Resort was pleasant, and the front office staff was welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite outdated. We found cobwebs in the curtains, and every door squeaked loudly when opened or closed, giving the impression that maintenance has been overlooked. On our second day, our room lost electricity completely. Thankfully, the front desk handled the situation professionally and quickly moved us to another room, which we appreciated. Throughout the resort, it appeared that the restaurants, pool, and spa were understaffed. At the pool, I asked an employee how to get cold water from the shower, and instead of offering assistance, she simply said, "Just try," and walked away. It was disappointing and came across as dismissive. Breakfast offered a good variety of hot food, but the selection of fresh fruit was surprisingly limited. Overall, the staff at the front desk did their best to help whenever issues arose, but the property itself is in need of significant upgrades and better maintenance. With renovations, improved staffing, and more consistent customer service throughout the resort, Vilnius Grand Resort could provide a much better guest experience.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I booked a Superior Room with the spa package because we were expecting a rainy morning and wanted to relax at the hotel’s spa. Unfortunately, it was never made clear during the booking process that access to the spa was subject to availability. Had I known that, I would never have paid extra for the package. We checked in before 9:00 p.m. and were told the only available spa time was 30 minutes at 7:00 a.m. The whole point of booking the package was to enjoy a relaxing spa experience, not squeeze into an inconvenient 30-minute slot. The check-in experience was equally disappointing. While assisting us, the concierge walked away in the middle of the check-in process without saying a word. When he returned, he simply complained to himself about how busy he was, without apologizing or acknowledging that he had left us waiting. It came across as unprofessional and discourteous. We were also told that the restaurant’s last call was in 15 minutes because the chef was about to leave. However, once we rushed to the restaurant, we were informed that even if we ordered immediately, the food wouldn’t arrive for approximately 90 minutes. That was incredibly frustrating and contradictory. Even small details reflected a lack of attention. Staff couldn’t explain how to operate the wall lights illuminating the artwork in the room. Very nice clean hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms but very poor customer service. The hotel has almost 200 rooms but only had one person at the front desk to check people in so we had to wait more than 30 minutes even though many other employees, and the manager passed and watched us waiting. At other times when I asked questions to the front desk about directions or where a souvenir shop it they were super unhelpful and indifferent.

Changement de logement 2 jours avant notre arrivée. Avec surclassement mais 4 lits au lieu de 5, pour 5 personnes. Tout s’est arrangé en-suite Avec un matelas supplementaire ajouté. Communication très basique et uniquement par message. La climatisation et la baignoire balnéo ne fonctionnaient pas. Appartement très bien situé, au coeur de la vieille ville.

I liked this hotel. Very nice breakfast. Friendly, helpful and very professional staff. There is a bus stop right in front of the McDonald's that's across the street. One of those bus lines goes to the train station, which is useful.
