Ignore all the reviews. This hotel is fantastic. I went with six and eight-year-old boys who loved to get in the free train to the beach.

Check-in was easy we were promised an upgrade that we never got. Our room basically overlooked the trashy side of the hotel, not a big deal as we were not there long. It is a resort property that it seems like many people came to take advantage of the full board, which we did not know about a time of booking. I would say if you’re going to stay at the hotel and eat at the hotel, definitely go full board. It will save you some money. The room was nice, but the toilet seat was broken and the sink did not drain properly. Definitely things that should’ve been addressed or fixed. Worst part of all is there was not a blanket in the room, just a sheet on the bed, so yes, not the most comfortable sleep at all. We did enjoy our stay. The staff were pleasant. I will say the food was plenty but mediocre at best. But people who are there seem to enjoy it and really seem to enjoy the fact that it was an all you could eat buffet so again if your taste and food is a little more refined, you might be disappointed.

The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb.They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper because is the supercheap recycled type. I also hated the fact that you are given a beach towel every two days, it should be daily. I have to say that the hotel is more a three star hotel than a four.
