Everything is great value for money, particularly the cleaner did great job. Only thing is the wifi is very unstable

Lovely stay. Fantastic location for beach, bars, restaurants and transport. Lagoon outlook and infinity pool are beautiful.

It was an excellent place, clean and location was great, everything within walking distance. 5-7min walk from the Marina, which was very useful after a long day in Green Island and day trip to Great Barrier Reef. There was a common place, with gourmet coffee machine, bottle water and biscuits. We were a family of 3, king bed was big enough for 3 of us.

Massive apartment

Suggests parking was available at time of booking, but wasn’t. Had to park 500m away and pay for it. Then walk back to hotel in the rain. I was told by reception that all the parks had been fully booked but big sign NEXT TO RECEPTION states that car parks cannot be booked and it’s first in first served. Rubbish!

loved staying at the Sheraton - the hotel is stunning and all the staff were so lovely. Best hotel in Port Douglas. Loved the wild life show and the daintree bar 💕

Great location on.Darling Harbour. Newly renovated rooms and fantastic breakfast

Fantastic location overlooking Sydney harbour. Five minute walk to tram stops, ferries, shops and restaurants. Rooms immaculately clean, beds VERY comfortable, staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 6 nights in June ‘26 and would highly recommend. Oh and do splurge on the breakfast buffet at least once during your stay, the choice, quality and quantity is amazing!
