(3,554 reviews) I must say I maybe should’ve listened to other reviews. Aside from getting there and it starting off poorly the hotel wasn’t the worse. However I did read many reviews of rooms being unavailable upon arrival due to overbooking and maintenance issues. I thought maybe that wouldn’t be the case. However upon arrival I was welcomed with a sorry we longer have your room because the air conditioner is out. Understandable things happen however if you can’t accommodate me to another room that is up to the standards that I paid for I think that some sort of refund should be given. A $600 room and all that’s offered is 1 drink voucher while also down grading me to a smaller room is unacceptable. This hotel is very much luxurious so to have so many issues etc is crazy to fathom. Cleanliness was not up to par either. I don’t say I would be going back.
