We had a great stay with our family. The hotel staff went above and beyond. We had a leak in our room due to the air conditioner, and they promptly moved us to another room and comped us dinner the next night. The decor and ambiance felt like a boutique hotel, and the restaurant was vibey and delicious. Would stay here again.

Our room was clean, comfortable and modern. The shower could have used a little bit more water pressure. The staff was very attentive and helpful. However, we had checked in through Hotels.com and we were given a specific room number, but then the clerk at the checking counter gave us different room. Not sure which room would have been better, but the one we got was somewhat noisy due to being in close proximity to the elevator. We kept hearing rumbling sounds all night.

Clean and nice room. AC was a huge plus. Lovely breakfast, plus for lactose free options! Wonderfully looking hotel with many historic details. Correct and attentive staff, polite even if not super friendly.
