9/10 Wonderful! (807 reviews)
I thought the hotel was lovely and the room was beautiful and very spacious. However, when we came in, there were no luggage racks in the room. We had no place to put our two bags. So we called down and waited three hours for luggage racks asking two or three times if they would be up soon. And we thought this was really Not great service.

The hotel was well located, even when we turned up late and there were not parking spaces worth the hotel they allow you to use the parking in the main town for free. Very helpful, lovely views.
