Room was clean. Very inviting. Felt like home.

Exceptional in every regard less one thing. On top of the $859 I paid to stay for one night in advance, I received an invoice for an additional $32 amenity fee. When I asked about the fee, the concierge proceeded to point out all of the amenities in the hotel, and there are many, and I was told they pass that fee on to every client to help cover the cost for such amenities. I responded, then what was the $859 I already paid you for?

Refused to provide booking amenity from Expedia. Charged resort fee when gym closed and alternative blocks away. No points. Nice place but cheap. Other places want your business more, wouldn’t recommend.

The experience that my guest and I had at the Virgin Nashville was nothing shy of amazing. They allowed us to check in early, and even gifted complimentary drinks as we waited. The rooftop pool was gorgeous, as well as the Common Club pool table. I’d definitely stay here again on my next to Nashville

Great location to bridgestone and Broadway. Bar staff on site was very friendly and the drinks was well priced! Very relaxing, clean spacious room.

We stayed for one night while on road trip. Arrived really late and check-in was a really great experience. There’s a nice garage for the cars, which is included in price of the room. Room is comfortable (we got skyline view), loved the hardwood floors. Restaurant was amazing, with creative menu. We got a nice big breakfast before getting back on the road. Will definitely stay at this hotel again and check out rooftop bar!

This is one of the best hotels we stayed at Clean smelled so good upon entrance into the hotel. The robes were plushed The gym is the best feature awesome equipment especially TRX and kettlebell
