Middle Tennessee Adults Only Holidays

On the first day, the check in staff was great, but did lie to us. We needed to talk to a manager the next day to get the free amenities that the check-in person told us about… After that, it was pretty smooth sailing. The pool was wonderful, but a little chilly. There is a great little restaurant/café attached. It is a bit expensive, but it was good. We did not realize that there was a tourism tax added in until being at this hotel.

It starts from the moment you arrive and walk through the large wooden doors surrounded by plants into an air-conditioned lobby smelling like pine and sandalwood - a welcome experience after dragging your suitcase up a hill in the Nashville heat. You ooh and aah about the decor, the coffee shop, the restaurant and you haven’t even been up to your room yet. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe the room…believe me I’ve tried. Here’s a cherry to add to the greats of this hotel: there’s a courtesy car with driver that can take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. The staff is almost as perfect as the décor itself. Chris and Stephen in particular were absolute dolls. 1 is a little piece of luxury nature in the middle of the city. As far as I can tell there is only one thing wrong with it - and it’s terrible, really - you’ll never want to leave.

The hotel staff is very professional. The hotel design is beautiful and intentional in all of the shared spaces and the private rooms. Lovely.
