Great room, friendly staff and easy access to pool and all you can eat breakfast buffet

This room was just okay for what we paid, the laminate flooring was not in great shape. The plus was the great balcony view, staff at the reception was very helpful in arranging a beach day. Very close to the main shopping and dining area. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.

We stay here every year

This hotel building, carved into the stone, survived the 1693 earthquake and is over seven hundred years old. Josepi, on his second day at work, was an enormous help in parking my car, which was a midsize MG SUV. He went over and above what was expected. Breakfast was a joy with great staff, that would make you coffee exactly how I wanted it and kept it coming without having to ask. Sparkling wine awaited you in the cavern-like separate sitting area upon arrival after a stressful drive, before checking in. Linda and Eugenio gave us incredible service making reservations at restaurants for us and advice on visiting Modica, Scicli, and Ragusa. Linda phoned a restaurant for me when I thought that I had left my hat behind. The atmosphere of the hotel more than made up for the somewhat tight quarters of our room which could be accessed from the street, or by going up a spiral staircase cut int0 the stone behind the front desk. Service at it’s finest.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with plenty of wardrobe space. I especially appreciated the small kitchen area — perfect if you want to cook your own meals. The hotel is also located in a quiet area, ideal for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

A great hotel in the perfect location. Staff excellent, rooms and amenities perfect.

Nice room with surprise second floor snug. Location was remote, more than expected, with roads/streets not pedestrian friendly. Gym very well equipped, but cannot see why not open earlier or later than 7:30am to 7:30pm. A/C turned off overnight and so too hot in the morning. Restaurant limited in choice of foods, but free shuttle to Oritigia is good. Needed to eat out on most nights and not always preferable. Appeared to be staff limited, with people not available at pool bar or Gym/Spa at all times. Check out was just transactional.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Great location but amenities like spa and overall service I would rate 3 stars.

A great hotel in the perfect location. Staff excellent, rooms and amenities perfect.

Staff is excellent, location is perfect. Room was very clean with all of the little extras that make a hotel experience memorable (toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a welcome bottle of champagne, two free water bottles).
