The staff were friendly and accommodating with plenty of smiles. Unfortunately there was building work going on the work noise wasn’t good and it left my car dirty with saw dust etc. however I expect that this work will be completed by next year when we usually stay here.

This hotel aims to please and does not disappoint! It is located in the most beautiful spot, reception was helpful and so friendly, the bar staff made delicious drinks and gave some suggestions of where to walk around that were incredible. Our room overlooked the most beautiful view. The hotel was impeccably clean. I can’t wait to come back for another visit from the USA!

Check in was pretty smooth. We arrived early and the room was not yet ready, but it was ready earlier than the 3 pm time. The room was clean and well organized. We got the loft suite and the sofa bed was made up for our kids right away. The room was pretty tight for space unfortunately, but it may be expected given the central location of the hotel. The AC was a bit weak and the room was often on the warm side until it was dark outside. We appreciated the two bathrooms a lot. The pool looked quite nice but we didn’t have the time to try it. Overall a pleasant stay. 😊

Excellent hotel a service is top notch from the moment you check in, using the spa, room service, dining, housekeeping, etc. everyone is very helpful an attentive to the needs of the guest. Great location.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel

10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.
