Aloha, enjoyed our stay at H4 in solothurn. Quieter than being in town. Great location for easy access to town center, just across the pedestrian walkway. Air conditioned hotel, nice in the of summer. Lots of parking. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Enjoy!

The staff are amazing. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. My only 2 issues were that I booked a room with a balcony and that wasn’t the case when I showed up. Second issue is how warm the room was. I understand that the weather is something you can’t control, but it has to be known that this place has no A/C and the rooms are very poorly ventilated. We had an 11 month old and it was so bad we would need to spend time outside the room for him to cool down. It’s hard to believe we paid over 1000 Francs a night to be here and the management doesn’t at least carry a few AC units for elderly or families with babies. Unfortunately, for me and my family, this ruined our trip to Interlaken. My advice, if you are going to Interlaken in the summer and it’s hot make sure to ask if the hotel has AC.

Generaly it was OK.But when we came we found difficult to enter the hotel.Access. to the hotel , our room 203 A.C didn't work.
Breakfast was good.
Communication with the staff at times difficult. We came from uk.
Mainly speak English.

We arrived early, before check in time, and the receptionist accommodated us and checked us in so early:). The next day we went out for a day trip and the cleaning staff probably noticed my 50th bday decoration, so when we arrived I have a birthday cup cake 🎂 and a birthday card for my birthday. Such a heartwarming gestures. Would love to comeback.
