Everything takes forever at this hotel even simple tasks like checking in. Alot of the staff are unhelpful and prioritise locals above foreign quests.
The lifts are a joke some days only 1 of 3 working.
The food choose in the bar area is really limited.

Stayed at KT Hotel for 7 nights in June. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless with a stunning city view. Breakfast had great variety, though the Wi-Fi was slow. Perfect location for exploring downtown!

Spoke to reception twice said we can’t change as we are fully booked. Spoke to Expedia on the day to cancel said they can’t give a refund until hotel answer. ..."
