"We loved our stay here. Beautiful property and location. Convenient. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. We got a bunk bed room and it was great."
"Stayed just 1 night with our 3 teens. Booked a suite, the pull-out bed made it very hard to get through to the bathroom. It was sufficient for a night. Breakfast was decent, pool was nice and parking was easy. There are 2 hotels side by side, 1 doesn't have very good signage and I thought it was the correct one until they couldn't find me in their system. This hotel has better signage, but was closer to the door so I didn't see it at first. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was a quiet location and felt safe."
"The hotel was fantastic from the minute we walked in. We sat with the concierge and booked a jeep tour which couldn’t have been easier. All of the recommendations for dining and things to see were perfect. Our room had a great patio accessible thru sliding glass doors and directly behind our room was the area where the hotel has evening entertainment which was an unexpected surprise! We watched stars from an area set up in the hill which was great. Breakfast each day was very nice and the area it was set up was perfect. The onsite restaurant, Mole, was very good as well!"
"A Very nice place to stay. A neat creative and colorful decor with 70’s 80’s vibe . Whoever installed the bathroom tile in the room we stayed. Did an amazing job. Clean place. Staff helpful. Activities on premises, pool, bags, fire pits and gated dog area. Only suggestion would be to keep rooms with flooring and use a smaller colorful rug that is washable since most visitors come to Flagstaff for the outdoors."

"Excellent stay in Flagstaff. Besides the surrounding neighbors’ homes, awesome views of the San Francisco Peaks. Everything was clean and the house was well equipped. The neighborhood is not in town, which is nice and peaceful, especially at night. We would definitely come back."
"I was able to upgrade my room and get extended stay to match my flight. I had two issues with the room that I reported to the manager as I was leaving. I wanted the next person to not have the same issues. They said the would address them. I was impressed they had a bowl of food and water outside in the shade that I observed a roadrunner run up to and help itself. Really cool."
"Everything was great with the room, breakfast, laundry facilities.
I actually canceled a hotel in Flagstaff because the pool was under renovation.
We had our granddaughter with us and wanted her to be able to swim, that is why I booked at Sonesta.
Unfortunately the pool was not as clean as I would have hoped for.
They had 2 lounge chairs that couldn't be used because the seat part was broken.
In hind site I should have keep my original hotel because we didn't use this pool.
The pool had trees around it, so the bottom on the pool looked like an accumulation of leaves."
