"Very pleased with our stay. The cabin was clean and tidy upon our arrival; the views of Humphreys Peak are stunning. Definitely cabin vibes and a great way to beat the desert heat. The spacious deck with panoramic views of Snowbowl with plentiful seating and outdoor eating area were used every morning and evening as we grilled on the clean gas grill. It was nice having 2 full propane tanks as well for the grill and either gas fire pit.Have to check this out in the winter for a different flavor… definitely can see this as a perfect “base camp” for ski season.Minor details make this less than 5 star as the back deck door (from the cabin to deck) sticking (maybe due to the heat) and the indoor refrigerator not cooling all the way and one side broken/in-operative. There is a garage refrigerator/ freezer however; just means you have to go to the garage if you bring more than a small fridges worth of food. These are not show stoppers; we would book again for sure."

"very nice and clean only problem my gf had was windows with no curtains because she’s a little scary and it gets pitch black outside at night so i tried my best to cover some of the glass windows but i have no complaints it was a fun stay at great views"

"The stay with my family was amazing. Everyone loved the place and the activities available there. It was so comfortable even with 20 of us, including my 93 year old grandpa! The host was incredibly responsive to any questions. Family is already talking about booking next year!"

"This place was absolutely amazing!!! The house is brand new and the master bedroom / bathroom and walk in closet was awesome!!Having 4 bathrooms was perfect too!!!The hot tub was a perfect, relaxing touch in the evening!!The neighbors were amazing as well - Mariners Fans - so we had an instant fan connection!!I would stay here again with zero hesitation!! Mason was the best too!! Responded timely!! This place is a gem and well worth the money!!!Ian"

"TV in the main room is kind of hard to watch in the position it is on the wall. Given that there is a bed in the kitchen area, it is difficult to position a tv to where someone could sit on a couch. The provided Soap and Washcloth is hard to use in that it is very hard water in Flagstaff area. House is very convenient to Grand Canyon South Rim. Only 80 minutes away. Loved the washer/dryer for doing quick load when getting back from GC"
