I loved that Westgate has a monorail station on-site. This allows you to get anywhere on the Strip relatively quick and easy ($5 one-way). The resort itself has minimal carpeting which means it's not acrid with tobacco smoke which is always nice. The LV Convention Center is a short walk away and can be reached very easily from the resort. Now my main issue is that while most of Vegas runs 24/7, Westgate does NOT. All the shops and restaurants on site close very early (the gift shop stays open but only has standard junk food snacks) so you have to go off-site after 10pm. I found that very weird for a top rated resort. Room cleaning is offered daily, but there is a noticeable lack of trashcans in the guest floors. There are NONE to be precise. No trashcans to be found except the 2 TINY cans the room provides. You are forced to go to the casino floor if you need to dispose of trash in between cleanings. Ice machines only work on the 3rd Floor (Pool/Spa); the were not even turned on in the upper floors! It was 110F during my stay, unacceptable! For the price point, I found Westgate underwhelming. The biggest selling point for me is Convention Center proximity and direct access to the Monorail. If neither of these are priorities, I would not recommend Westgate at their price point.

It was excellent. Amazing customer service all around. Wonderful amenities. Beautiful decor. Exceptionally clean. Top tier gym. The pool(s) was overcrowded and couldnt find seats. They need more clear and regimented system to clean off used towels so it's more apparent what chairs are available. Great restaurants. Rooms were top notch.
