Travelers Rest is one of a kind! Impeccably clean, lovingly restored building. On-street parking right outside, well-lit at night. A boutique hotel that is part museum, part guest house, part well-curated library; amazing, working bicycle garage! One enters and feels at once welcomed and trusted. The common area includes a beautifully-decorated sitting room/breakfast room/shared kitchen/music room with a working piano and record player. When you the property, you have a name card and room keys with lanyard waiting inside. You feel immediately drawn to explore this unique place that provides an ideal combination of peaceful solitude and community. Remember to bring your bathrobe and slippers for your bathroom, which is unique to your sleeping room but just a few steps down the hall. The in-room white noise machine offers a variety of selections from waterfall to cityscape.
